Data we collect

When you enquire or book, we may collect your name, email address, preferred session, preferred date, message content, and chart materials you voluntarily attach or describe. Technical logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, schedule Elliott wave annotation clinics, prepare instructional materials, issue invoices, meet legal obligations, and — with consent where required — understand site traffic via analytics.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Booking and payment records follow ordinary Hong Kong business retention practice (typically seven years for financial documents). Chart submissions for a completed clinic are deleted or anonymised within ninety days unless you ask us to retain them for a follow-up audit.
