Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated: 20 September 2026. This policy applies to paid Elliott wave annotation clinics, degree intensives, private chart audits, and workshops offered by Cortex Helix Field Academy Limited in Hong Kong.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to session fees and deposits you paid directly to us for a confirmed booking. They do not apply to third-party travel, printing, or charting-platform costs you incur on your own.

Timeframe for cancellation by you

Cancel in writing to info@ponder-mosaicfield.click at least seven full days before the scheduled start for a full refund of the session fee and deposit. Cancellations between seven and forty-eight hours before start receive a fifty percent refund of the session fee; the deposit becomes non-refundable. Inside forty-eight hours, fees are non-refundable except where we agree a goodwill credit toward a future date.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, or when you cancel within the seven-day window above. Partial refunds follow the schedule in the previous section. Credits, when issued, expire six months from the original session date.

Non-refundable items

Custom printed chart packs prepared after your instrument list is confirmed are non-refundable once printing has started. Private audit prep notes already completed at your request after confirmation may be charged on a partial basis if you cancel inside forty-eight hours.

Refund process and timing

Email info@ponder-mosaicfield.click with your booking reference, name, and payment method. We confirm eligibility within three business days and process approved refunds within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least seven days before the session, subject to seat availability. Further reschedules may require a new deposit.

Deposits and no-shows

Deposits hold your seat on the clinic calendar. Failure to attend without notice (no-show) forfeits the deposit and remaining prepaid fee for that date. Arriving more than thirty minutes late to a group clinic without notice may be treated as a no-show if the table cannot accommodate late entry.

Work already started

If a private audit or intensive has begun — including substantial pre-session chart review already delivered to you — refunds cover only the unused portion as reasonably assessed by the instructor, documented in writing.

Exceptions

Serious illness or documented emergency may qualify for a credit or refund outside the standard windows at our discretion. Contact us as soon as practicable with supporting detail. This policy does not cover products, shipping, or subscription software — we do not sell those models.
