Services described

Pages describe Elliott wave annotation clinics and related instructional sessions. Information on rates and calendars is informational. A binding booking arises only when we confirm a seat or session in writing and any required deposit is received.

No investment advice

Instruction concerns chart annotation craft. Nothing on this site or in a clinic constitutes investment, trading, or financial advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a guarantee of analytical outcomes.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and original teaching materials remain the property of Cortex Helix Field Academy Limited or their licensors. You may not copy clinic worksheets or instructional sheets for commercial redistribution without prior written consent. Participants may retain their own annotated charts from a session they attended.

User submissions

Charts and messages you send for clinic preparation remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to review them for the purpose of delivering the requested session and improving instructional quality. Do not submit confidential client data belonging to third parties without authority.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from trading decisions you make after instructional sessions. Our aggregate liability related to a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
